PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a system that helps schools teach students good behavior. It focuses on praising and rewarding students when they follow rules, instead of only punishing them when they misbehave. The goal is to create a safe and positive school where everyone can learn and feel respected.
