Transcript Processes

1. Complete and Submit Request Form. 

2. Make Payment (Money Order by Mail or In person at Main Office) 

3. Allow 2-3 Days after payment for processing. 

• Official Transcript - Authorized, signed, stamped and mailed by the school to a school, agency or organization. 
• Unofficial Transcript - Personal transcript without authorized signature or stamp.

• The cost of transcripts are $5.00 and we accept cash (in office), or money order (via mail).
